Collecting The Rent – Samantha has to deal with a tenant of one of her many rental properties who is yet again late with the rent.  On her last visit she told him that if he didn’t have the money when she called again, she would deal with him by means of corporal punishment or he would be thrown out of the property.  He promised her that he would have the money when she called again and not to worry about it.  On her return the rent is not forthcoming so she has no choice but to give him a good thrashing and quickly has him bent over the kitchen worktop with his trousers and pants down for a humiliating spanking.  Samantha then moves on to sterner measures with various leather straps and paddles which she administers with relish and gusto.  When she has finished, she tells him that he has a week to come up with the rent or the punishment will be far worse.
