Paying The Fines (Case No 1) – Traffic officer Lina has to deal with a gentleman who had his car towed away for parking on a double yellow line. Because he doesn’t have the money to pay the fine and storage fee Lina gives him the option of receiving corporal punishment instead. Needing to get his car back he reluctantly agrees and soon finds himself over her knee for a humiliating bare bottom spanking. Worse is to follow when she orders him to bend over her desk for further correction with various leather implements. She then decides to place him over the trestle for a god thrashing with a two-tailed tawse. Lina then finishes off the punishment with him back over table with her sitting on his back to keep him in position whilst she beats him with a nasty rubber paddle.
